Resident Council

The Resident Council is an organization comprised of residents from the facility. The goal is to provide a mechanism for self-expression and self-determination for all residents. It is chaired by a resident. The Council serves as a channel of communication between residents, staff and the community. All residents are automatically members of the Council and have a right to participate in elections and any other activities.
