Solange Thibeault 2017 Hughes Employee of the Year

During a special employee recognition luncheon during National Nursing Home Week in May, Hughes Health & Rehabilitation proudly announced its 2017 Employee of the Year, Solange Thibeault.

In announcing the award, Hughes’ Vice President Mark Finkelstein spoke of Solange’s virtues.  “She rarely calls out sick.  She is punctual.  And she never says no,” Mark said in front of a large gathering of her co-workers. 

As an example of her dedication, Solange, a dietary aide, even reported to work the day after her mother passed away, according to Mark.  “She always has a smile on her face and always has a smile and a kind word for those entrusted to our care,” said Mark.

Solange has worked at Hughes for nearly 14 years.
